My Why
I've always valued presence and play. Somewhere along the way, I discovered that my power was in feeling deeply, showing up fully, and being present for the people around me.
I created Soulitude with the intention of building a space where curiosity, creativity, and embodied presence are just as much a part of healing as insight is.
As a South Asian woman, I know what it's like to search for a therapist who could hold the fullness of my identity: culture, family, and the parts of myself I hadn't yet named. That search shapes how I show up now: offering trauma-informed, culturally responsive care where nothing about you has to be left at the door.
I became a therapist because I believe every person carries a deeper purpose waiting to be discovered. My hope is to help you feel safe enough and curious enough to find yours. I feel honoured to hold space for that journey.
